The Chair Yogi's practice yoga through the guidance of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition. The Himalayan Yoga Tradition practices utilized by this group include Mindfulness, Breath Awareness and Joints & Glands Exercises as taught by Sri Swami Rama and adapted for those that must practice while sitting. It is hoped that others, perhaps those who must spend a great deal of time in a chair, wheelchair, or bed, will be able to view these videos and practice regularly, along with this group! May your practices truly benefit all beings!
