I recently read your thought provoking and heart touching book "Meditation, The Art and Science". i am a novice in the path of spirituality and meditation. I want to know one thing which I missed in the book is experiences, visions, miracles in meditation. What are the inner experiences while meditating I want to know it earnestly from you. i don't know why but the void will be filled when I receive your reply Swami Ji.
In my meditation I seek only the durable peace and total quiet. No other experiences that are distractions on spiritual path of atman-realization and are games the mind plays. Seek only tranquility. That is all I teach by the methods taught by my Gurudeva Swami Rama of the Himalayas. These we teach at our Ashram in Rishikesh. Love and blessings -- Swami Veda Bharati
